Elementary Faith Formation Coordinator (Full-Time)

We are seeking a faith-filled, energetic, and organized individual to serve as our K-5 Elementary Coordinator. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and implementing faith formation programs for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, including sacramental preparation, catechist formation, Vacation Bible School, and collaborating with Parent Discipleship initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sharing the Catholic faith with children and families, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and support volunteers. Responsibilities include coordinating weekly faith formation classes, preparing children for Baptism, First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion, communicating with parents and catechists, and helping foster a welcoming environment where children can grow in their relationship with Christ and His Church. Candidates should possess knowledge of Catholic Theology and teaching, experience working with children and volunteers, and a commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
