Nursery Coordinator
We are seeking a Nursery Coordinator to oversee the operations of our parish nursery. This part-time position (less than 15 hours per week) is responsible for fostering a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children ages 1–5, while also supervising and supporting nursery volunteers. Qualified candidates should have prior childcare experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and must be at least 18 years of age. Required certifications include VIRTUS Safe Environment training and a satisfactory background check. CPR certification for infants and children is preferred; however, candidates who are not currently certified must be willing and able to obtain certification upon hire. Primary responsibilities include staffing and supervising the nursery during the 10:00 AM, 12:30 PM, and 2:30 PM Sunday Masses. Additional coverage for ministry events may be required on occasion. Communications and Engagement Coordinator
We are seeking a creative and highly organized individual to serve as our Communications & Engagement Coordinator. This full-time position is responsible for managing parish communications across print, digital, and social media platforms while fostering engagement and connection within our parish community. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with parish staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Candidates should also possess a strong understanding of the Catholic faith, parish life, and liturgical seasons. A practicing Catholic in good standing is strongly preferred. Responsibilities include producing the weekly parish bulletin and weekly parish newsletter, designing and managing content for social media, digital signage and other communications platforms. Duties also include coordinating weekly Mass slides and livestream support with volunteers; and ensuring timely and accurate communication of parish life and activities. This position also works closely with staff and ministry leaders to promote meetings/events, volunteer opportunities, and parish initiatives; maintain ministry records and contact information; and help parishioners identify opportunities for involvement within the life of the parish. The coordinator will also assist with parish events and support efforts that strengthen communication and engagement across the community. Experience with communication platforms, social media management, graphic design tools, and general office software is preferred. Coordinator of Liturgy and Music
We are seeking a full-time coordinator of liturgy and music. Working closely with clergy, staff, ministry leaders and volunteers, this person is responsible for coordinating and supporting the liturgical and musical life of the parish. This role serves as an organist and pianist for parish events to ensure reverent and spiritually enriching worship experiences for our diverse parish community. Responsibilities include reading sheet music; preparing and coordinating parish liturgies and sacramental celebrations; overseeing and scheduling liturgical ministries; recruiting and forming liturgical ministers; seasonal worship planning; and collaboration with clergy and music for active participation in the liturgical life of the Church. Qualified candidates are Catholic with a strong knowledge of Catholic liturgy and the teachings of the Church, have attention to detail; excellent organizational and communication skills; a heart for servant leadership; and willing to learn, adapt and incorporate the cultural traditions represented within our parish community while maintaining Church norms.
