VIRTUS Protecting God's Children Training

The Archdiocese of Atlanta provides the VIRTUS Protecting God’s Children® Program for Adults which teaches clergy, employees, volunteers, parents and other caring adults to recognize warning signs and to respond appropriately with 5 easy steps to help prevent child sexual abuse. Your efforts are so important in our continued effort to make all our ministries safe environments for children. VIRTUS sessions are offered throughout the year and at various locations across the archdiocese.

We will be offering a session at St. Lawrence Parish on Tuesday, April 14 from 10 AM - 1 PM in DeSales Hall.

Silent Auction Fundraiser

Support our teens attending Catholic Heart Work Camp by joining us for our Silent Auction Fundraiser. This special evening will include dinner, fellowship, and the opportunity to bid on a variety of baskets and items — all while helping our teens grow in faith through service and mission. All proceeds will help offset the cost of transportation, lodging, meals, and registration so that more teens can participate in this life-changing Catholic service experience. We invite all parishioners to come out, support our youth, and be part of this meaningful night.

Honor or commemorate a special woman in your life, living or deceased, by enrolling her name to our Mother’s Day Novena of Masses. Baccalaureate Mass & Dinner - Class of 2026

Join us as we honor our graduating high school seniors with a special Baccalaureate Mass and Dinner on Saturday, May 16 at 5:00 PM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Dinner will follow in the parish gym. Graduates are asked to bring their gowns (no caps). This event is open to all seniors of St. Lawrence.

Magnificat Meal

All women of the Archdiocese are invited to the MAY 16 MAGNIFICAT MEAL to enjoy prayer, breakfast, and fellowship, and to hear our speaker's testimony of the love of Christ in her life, on Sat., May 16, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Holy Cross Church, 3773 Chamblee Tucker Road, Atlanta. Guest speaker will be Janice Charbonnet, women's ministry speaker and retreat leader from New Orleans.
