Stewardship & Administration Commission

The Stewardship and Administration Commission, led by Parish Council commissioner Chris Johnson, plans and conducts the annual fall Parish Stewardship Renewal, including the Archdiocesan Annual Appeal, and promotes the principle of Christian Stewardship by facilitating prayerful, deliberate, and proportionate commitments of Time, Talent and Treasure by all parishioners throughout the year.

Clerical/Office Volunteers give of their time and talent to help with answering and directing calls, keeping our database up to date, assisting in the welcome window during office hours and other administrative tasks as needed. Contact Alma Martinez.

Greeter Ministry  is a ministry of hospitality comprised of outgoing, friendly volunteers who welcome both visitors and parishioners at the doors of the Church before Mass. Contact Kelly Schreckenberger.

Parish Festival of Ministries volunteers assist the Stewardship Committee with the annual Festival/Fall Picnic, promoting community building and new friendships among parishioners. Contact Brad Power.

Parish Mailings When called upon, volunteers regularly assist administrative staff with large parish mailings throughout the calendar year. Contact Alma Martinez.

Stewardship Committee  members commit to promoting Christian Discipleship by inspiring our parishioners to use their time, talent, and treasure for the greater glory of God. We work to foster a sense of community among our parishioners,  provide education about Stewardship as a way of life to parish leadership, committees, and to all parishioners – collaborating with the Pastoral Council’s efforts to promote the Stewardship of Time, Talent & Treasure. Contact Kelly Schreckenberger.
