Nativity Display Instructions

On behalf of the Art & Environment Liturgical Ministry, we would like to thank you for your willingness to display your family nativity sets. Every care and effort will be made to ensure that your belongings are returned to you in the same condition as when you lent them to us.

Please plan to bring your nativity sets to Cogswell Hall on Friday, December 2, 2011 from 1:00pm – 7:00 pm. We will have fabric available to use as background for your nativities or you may bring your own, including any accessories or crèche that you have. We will also have décor specialists available to help you set up your nativities or you may do so yourself.

Please plan to pick up your nativities on Monday, December 5, 2011 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
