Youth Ministry/Parish School of Religion (PSR)
- You need to be a registered St. Lawrence parishioner.
- April and May are “early” registration months. Registration fees are lower and you will have a better chance to receive your preferred day/time session for PSR.
- The registration form, annual medical, media and safe environment releases that are needed to register students can be downloaded below or are available at the Faith Formation Office. Completed registration packets (faith formation registration form, required releases and payment) can be mailed to St. Lawrence, Attn: Faith Formation Office or placed in an envelope and returned to the letter drop under the reception window in the narthex. Payment may be made by check (made payable to “St. Lawrence Catholic Church) or credit card. The credit card payment authorization form is available for download below. Payment with cash must be done at the Faith Formation Office.
- Sunday, May 1st and Wednesday, May 4th, 2011 during class (6:15-7:45 p.m.) completed registrations may be turned into the Faith Formation Office, as well as during our normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12 noon and 1:00-3:00 p.m.).
- Registrations received after August 12th, 2011 may not be able to be processed in time for the first class.

CHRISTIAN INITIATION (Children)
- Registration takes place from April through September.

- For each student registered you need to complete a medical release and media release.

- Registration takes place from April through October.
